Turning Point UK is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker in Stevenage to support adults with mental health recovery in a residential setting. You will build therapeutic relationships, help residents identify and work toward recovery goals, and support daily living skills within a structured environment.

The role requires flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Formación

• Health and social care experience or qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive, trusting, and therapeutic relationships with residents.
• Support individuals to develop and achieve meaningful recovery goals identified within their personalised support plans.
• Support the development of daily living skills, including budgeting, meal preparation, self-care, tenancy management, and community engagement.
• Encourage social inclusion, community participation, and the development of positive support networks.
• Work alongside healthcare professionals, families, carers, and partner agencies to deliver holistic support.
• Contribute to risk management, safeguarding, and positive risk-taking approaches that promote independence while maintaining safety.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to support reviews and outcome planning.
