Job summary

Turning Point invites applications for a part-time position at Midpoint, a residential recovery service providing support for up to 14 adults with complex mental health needs. The role covers evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays, focusing on recovery goals, daily living skills and community participation.

You will work alongside healthcare professionals and families, maintaining records and contributing to reviews while delivering trauma-informed, compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Health and social care experience or qualification.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, trusting and therapeutic relationships with residents.
• Support individuals to achieve meaningful recovery goals.
• Assist with daily living skills, budgeting, meals, self-care, tenancy and community engagement.
• Encourage social inclusion and community participation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families and partner agencies to deliver holistic support.
• Contribute to risk management, safeguarding and safeguarding.ould promote independence.
