Target Housing Ltd is seeking a dedicated Recovery Support Worker to help individuals with mental health needs sustain tenancies and build independence. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred support, carry out risk assessments, and assist with budgeting, appointments and daily living tasks.

DBS checks and a full UK driving licence are required. We offer training and development opportunities, mileage reimbursement, Westfield Health & Lifestyle benefits,

Competenze

• Experience in support work, housing, or mental health services.
• Understands risk assessment and support planning.
• Knowledge of welfare benefits and relevant legislation.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
