Job summary

Open Road is seeking a part-time Recovery Coordinator in Chelmsford to help clients start and sustain recovery from substance misuse. You will coordinate care, develop individual recovery plans and liaise with other services to support reintegration.

This role offers 22.5 hours per week with on-site working and some flexibility after probation, plus training, career development and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, time management and administrative skills.
• A willingness to learn and work with a variety of people.
• Clear understanding of safeguarding best practice.

Responsibilities

• Care co-ordination of all clients entering the service.
• Development of recovery plans for individual clients.
• Liaising with other service providers relevant to the individual’s needs.
• Collaborating with partner agencies to support housing, benefits and employment goals.
