Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with drug and alcohol recovery programmes.
• Provide practical and emotional support to promote independence.
• Administer and record medication per policies.
• Monitor health and relapse indicators and report changes.
• Help service users attend appointments and community activities.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where needed.
• Maintain confidential records including risk assessments and reports.
• Promote safeguarding and positive risk management.
