Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker to support the Operations Manager and Team Leader in delivering high quality, person-centred services aligned with the Business Plan. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, maintain records to required standards, assist with risk and needs assessments, and contribute to service audits, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Develop comprehensive care plans in consultation with service users
• Maintain records to required standards and support audits

Responsibilities

• Developing person-centred plans with service users
• Collaborating with GPs, Social Services and other professionals
• Maintaining accurate service records and monitoring requirements
• Undertaking clinical risk and needs assessments and drafting risk plans
• Attending multiagency meetings and contributing to service improvement
• Representing the service professionally to stakeholders
• Safeguarding vulnerable people in line with policies
