Job summary

Change Grow Live in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated practitioner to join the Drug and Alcohol Recovery team at HMP Humber, based in Brough. You will work with service users in prison to initiate recovery from drugs and/or alcohol, helping them build recovery capital and move into sustained social reintegration.

You will develop and deliver group psychosocial interventions, tailor pod work to caseload needs, and collaborate with prison partners to schedule sessions, while maintaining

Qualifications

Experience delivering psychosocial interventions in a supportive or rehabilitation setting.
Ability to engage with diverse service users with sensitivity and respect.
Knowledge of information governance and safeguarding processes.

Responsibilities

Work with service users to initiate recovery from drug and/or alcohol dependence and support prison-based recovery and reintegration.
Develop and deliver group psychosocial interventions tailored to the caseload.
Be creative and innovative to meet service user needs and promote access to treatment.
Assess suitability for groups related to risk and special needs with prison partners.
