Change Grow Live in Exeter is seeking a Programmes Facilitator to deliver psychosocial group interventions and facilitate the Atlas Programme within HMP Exeter. The role involves assessments, one-to-one support, and working with prison staff to promote recovery and reintegration.

The successful candidate will have experience with group-based psychosocial work, strong communication, safeguarding knowledge, and a person-centred approach.

Formación

• Experience delivering or supporting group-based psychosocial interventions.
• Strong understanding of recovery principles and behaviour change.
• Ability to create safe, inclusive and engaging group environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Commitment to person-centered care and positive outcomes.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality and information governance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging and evidence-based psychosocial group interventions.
• Facilitate the Atlas Programme and other structured groupwork.
• Encourage participation and support behaviour change.
• Conduct assessments and determine suitability for interventions.
• Provide motivational one-to-one support to enhance engagement in recovery.
• Collaborate with prison staff and healthcare partners.
• Support harm reduction, wellbeing and reintegration into the community.
