Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Engage individuals experiencing substance misuse challenges with advice and recovery-focused interventions.
• Conduct triage and personalised assessments to identify treatment pathways.
• Coordinate with nursing and partner agencies to support referrals into treatment.
• Deliver harm-reduction advice and brief interventions during assessments.
• Proactively address safeguarding concerns during triage and referrals.
