Responsibilities

• Engage service users and provide recovery-focused interventions to support their health needs.
• Carry out triages and comprehensive assessments and develop recovery plans.
• Ensure confidentiality and obtain consent for information sharing.
• Support service delivery through reception support, duty cover and ad hoc clinical duties.
• Collect, record and report data accurately to support service monitoring.
• Promote access to treatment and engagement with underrepresented communities.
