Change Grow Live is seeking a Recovery Coordinator at HMP Erlestoke to assess and engage service users, ensuring timely access to interventions and tailored recovery plans. You will support entry to services, deliver group-based content and coordinate with partners to promote holistic care.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with professionals to reduce harm and support meaningful recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• This role requires a strong understanding of substance misuse and experience in a similar field.
• Experience delivering groups/pods and managing group dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with good IT skills.
• Proactive, with good time management and prioritising abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support service users from entry into the service through their treatment journey.
• Conduct screening, assessment, recovery planning and onward referral.
• Reduce drug and alcohol related harm for service users and the wider community.
• Promote involvement of carers, service users and the community.
• Advocate for access to partnership services.
• Support social reintegration and promote recovery, resilience and self-determination.
• Prepare materials for groups/pods and deliver structured content to users at various stages.
• Facilitate group sessions and debrief with co-facilitators to review progress.
• Tailor workshops (e.g., anger management, sleep disorders, relationships).
