We are seeking a Recovery Advisor to join the team managing the Staying Well Eastbourne service. This service operates during evenings and weekends. We are looking for someone who thrives on supporting others through life challenges. The role involves providing one-to-one and group support to clients experiencing crises.
To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of working in mental health or possess equivalent transferable skills, along with a genuine passion for supporting individuals to explore their needs. You will receive a comprehensive induction, followed by regular training, and we will invest in you to equip you with all the necessary tools for success.
