Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live valued lives. We address poverty and disadvantage through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England with around 3,500 staff and volunteers supporting approximately 125,000 people annually.
As we integrate two large organizations, some roles may still be branded under 'Humankind'. Our recruitment systems are also in the process of full integration, which will be completed next year.

We are seeking an Aftercare Recovery Coordinator for the County Durham Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service, based at Peterlee Recovery Centre. This is a fixed-term role until 31 March 2026.
