The role involves delivering effective recovery pathways, managing caseloads, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a supportive environment. This position offers generous benefits and opportunities for professional development.
Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down the barriers that stop people from accessing the support they need to live a valued life. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England, supported by approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers. Annually, our services assist around 125,000 individuals.
As we integrate two large organizations, some job branding remains under ‘Humankind,’ and our recruitment systems are still separate, with full integration planned for next year.
