We’re looking for a Recovery Advisor to join the team running the Staying Well Brighton & Hove crisis service. The service operates evenings and weekends and we’re looking for someone that thrives on supporting others when life challenges arise. This role focuses on providing one-to-one and group support to clients experiencing crisis.
To succeed in this role you’ll need a good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction followed up with regular training and we’ll invest in you to give you all the tools you need to succeed.
