An established industry player is seeking an Outreach Recovery Coordinator to join their dedicated team. This role focuses on supporting vulnerable individuals affected by substance misuse, helping them access treatment and stable housing. Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live a valued life. We address poverty and disadvantage through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England with close to 3,500 staff and volunteers supporting approximately 125,000 people annually.
As we integrate two large organizations, some systems and branding (still under ‘Humankind’) are temporarily separate. Full integration is planned for next year.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, with occasional evening work (5pm-8pm) as needed.

Join Haringey Alcohol Service (HAGA) as an Outreach Recovery Worker, part of the Haringey Treatment Model (HARTS). The role involves supporting clients into treatment, particularly those who are homeless or vulnerably housed, to improve access to substance misuse support, sustain, and move into settled accommodation. You may also work at The Grove Drug Service occasionally.
