Vets Now Sidcup is seeking a reception professional to be the welcoming first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls and greeting clients with care.

You will relay information to the veterinary team, keep clients informed, and perform administrative tasks accurately to support rapid, compassionate pet care.

• Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
• Provide updates:
• Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
• Handle administration duties:
• Perform administrative tasks accurately.
