Vets Now Manningtree is seeking a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to welcome clients, answer calls and process payments in a fast-paced emergency setting.

You will relay updates to the veterinary team and carry out general admin tasks to support the clinic’s smooth operation. The role offers a supportive environment with benefits and pro rata annual leave.

Role Overview

• Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
  • Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
• Provide updates:
  • Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
• Handle administration duties:
  • Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Working pattern

Role 1:

Week 1: OFF

Week 2: Sunday 17:00-23:00

Week 3: Sunday 08:00-17:00

Week 4: Friday 18:30-23:30 & Saturday 18:00-23:00

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.

Role 2:

Week 1: Wednesday 18:30-23:30

Week 2: Wednesday 18:30-23:30 & Friday 18:30-23:30
