Vets Now in Stirling is seeking a Weekend Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face for emergency and critical care services. You will handle calls, greet clients, process payments, and relay important information to the veterinary team to support urgent care.

The role involves weekend shifts from Saturday afternoon to Sunday evening, with additional bank holidays. Benefits include a comprehensive package and access to staff discounts.

Role Responsibilities

• Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
  • Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
• Provide updates:
  • Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
• Handle administration duties:
  • Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Working pattern

Every other weekend working Saturday from 14:00 to 22:00 and Sunday from 18:00 to 23:00

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
