Hamberley Care Management Limited is seeking a Receptionist at Chawley Grove, Oxford-based luxury care home. You will manage the reception area, greet visitors, and coordinate with residents, district nurses and contractors to maintain a high standard of service.

The role requires a customer-focused approach, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative yet independent work style within a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or receptionist/administrative role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Caring, patient, and respectful demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible team worker with problem solving and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and directing visitors, family members, residents and contractors around the home.
• Be the first point of contact for visitors and third parties, handling queries or directing them appropriately.
• Answering incoming telephone calls and routing or documenting as needed.
