The role runs 9am–5:30pm with a rotating pattern. You’ll join a passionate team delivering luxury care across residential, dementia, and nursing care for older people, with excellent training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service/Receptionist or Administrative roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Demonstrates a caring, patient and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, residents, and contractors within the home.
• Be the first point of contact for inquiries and direct queries as needed.
• Answer and log phone calls, directing them appropriately.
