Position Overview:
This is a key front-of-house role that combines reception duties with office support responsibilities. You'll be the first point of contact for guests and team members, ensuring everything from the welcome experience to meeting room management and office supplies runs like clockwork.
What you'll do
- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and guests with a warm, professional manner
- Manage reception duties including answering emails, and handling deliveries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are prepared for meetings
- Organise refreshments for meetings (coffee, tea, water, snacks, etc.)
- Assist with AV setup for meetings and ensure equipment is functioning correctly
- Help coordinate and support internal office events and team activities
- Maintain stock of snacks, coffee, lunch supplies, and office stationery
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Look after our many beloved office plants and ensure they're healthy and well-maintained
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors in coordination with the Operations Assistant
- Book taxis and couriers as required
- Keep internal trackers and logs updated and accurate
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
- Be proactive in identifying ways to improve the office experience

- Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using basic office tools and software (Microsoft Office)
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work in the office every day from 9-6 (with flexibility offered)
