Job description

This is a permanent, full-time vacancy that will close in a month at 23:59 BST.

Location and travel: High Wycombe. Ownership of a car would be beneficial (though not essential) since public transport is limited.

Role Responsibilities
  • Provide a high-quality, responsive reception service to residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Process cash and card transactions for residents, visitors, and course bookings.
  • Assist with front of house administration, including handling post, phone calls, and emails.
  • Maintain and update housing management software and records.
  • Provide efficient administration support to the Housing team.

Job Details

Full Time role, 37.5 hours per week.

Working hours: Shifts between 0800 - 2200 hours on a rota, including weekends and some bank holidays.
