What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Welcoming guests, managing reception, and ensuring the front of house runs smoothly
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and post
  • Managing the office - keeping it looking tidy and well-stocked; ordering stationery and weekly food shops
  • PA duties to the CEO, including diary management
  • Organising office social events and managing the social media feeds
  • Supporting the team with general admin tasks
  • Facilities Management – repairs and arranging ad-hoc maintenance
  • Lots of opportunities to get involved in projects and other areas of the business – PA duties, social media, and marketing etc
