Location: City of London - Bank Tube Station - Fully Office Based
Type: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 8.45am - 5.45pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming all clients and visitors into the office, offering refreshments, and escorting to meeting rooms
  • Answering incoming calls and emails, efficiently and passing across accurate messages to the team
  • Set up and arrange meeting rooms for senior meetings and events
  • Distributing post and messages to the team
  • Manage the office supplies, and ensuring the smooth running of the office space
  • Support the wider team in daily administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Must have previous office experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook. Strong organisational and communication skills, proactive, hardworking, and positive nature.
