Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Receptionist in the new state-of-the-art Health Centre based in the heart of Buckley.
As a member of the Administration Team, a flexible approach to the post is essential to enable prioritising the different workloads and duties.
The ability to speak Welsh is Essential for this post
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will act as the first point of contact for the Health Board and be responsible for assisting patients visiting the site, as well as colleagues and GP surgeries based within the Health Centre.
The post holder must have a helpful and pleasant manner with an enthusiasm to do their utmost in achieving a patient’s expectations and requirements, making their clinical journey run as smoothly as possible.
A flexible approach to this post is essential, along with superb communication skills and ample computer skills. The post holder may be required to work within different departments/sites to meet service demands.
