To provide a comprehensive administration and clerical service to the department. A key requirement of the post is to welcome and receive patients/relatives/carers and other visitors into the workplace and maintain the preparation and flow of patient data/information, hard copy or electronic, ensuring that all data/information is maintained to the agreed quality standard. The post holder will be expected to organise their own workload in order to maintain an efficient and professional service.
To provide a comprehensive administration and clerical service to the reception team at Victoria Infirmary, based at the reception desk of our new Cheshire & Merseyside Surgical Centre rotating as part of the reception rota to the hospital's Main Reception desk as well as Verdin House reception.
