Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) is seeking an admin/receptionist for GP practices in North Wales. The role focuses on booking appointments, handling patient queries, and providing high-quality administrative support.
Welsh language is essential. Training is provided for IT systems and day-to-day duties, with secondments across multiple GP sites to meet service needs.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
This post is fixed term/secondment until 30/06/27 due to maternity cover.

The post holder will be booking appointments and dealing with patient queries therefore excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner is required.
Proficient IT skills (including experience of Microsoft office) is also required as the post holder will also be undertaking a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth day to day running of the practices, including some data inputting.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a healthcare setting or a customer service environment but full training can be given to the right candidate.
The post holder will also be expected to work at other Health Board managed GP practices in the west area on an ad hoc basis to meet service needs and to cover staff absences. This will be discussed at interview.
