Job Description

Receptionist / Administration Officer needed in Wakefield.

The rate is £12.18 per hour PAYE.

This is a temporary role.

The reference number is: 0009 E718 / 1.

The successful candidate will need excellent customer care and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team or independently using their own initiative.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Minute taking at various multi-agency meetings
  2. Reception duties
  3. Handling telephone calls from members of the public and internal colleagues
  4. Room bookings
  5. Financial and general administrative tasks to support senior managers, social work teams, and other professionals
  6. Regularly updating social care recording systems

Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you are fully aware of data protection and confidentiality policies, as you will be working with sensitive and emotive information, including details related to the abuse and injuries of children and young people.
