Trinity Multi Academy Trust is proud to have transformed the life chances of thousands of students across its academies. Our core values of Empathy, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility are embedded in all aspects of academy life. Our secondary schools consistently achieve academic results that place them in the top 10% of high-performing schools nationally and receive recognition for their quality of provision.

As a Trust, we were honored to be chosen by the Department for Education as their approved sponsor to open a new secondary school to support Barnsley's growing population. In September 2021, Trinity Academy St Edward’s opened its doors to its first cohort of Year 7 students from across the town.

We are seeking a passionate, committed, and driven individual to join us as a general administrator. This role offers the opportunity to be a key member of our associate staff team, working alongside the PA to the Principal to ensure smooth and effective administration. We provide excellent CPD opportunities, a wellbeing charter, and a dedicated staff wellbeing team. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their lives.

What we need:

  • At least 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at C or above, including English and Maths.
  • Experience in a similar office or administrative role.
  • Proficiency with various IT packages and software.
  • The ability to manage and prioritize your workload effectively.

What we offer:

  • The chance to work within a progressive and forward-thinking Multi Academy Trust, making a difference in the lives of hundreds of young people.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
  • A range of staff benefits, including reduced-cost healthcare, cycle-to-work scheme, electric car scheme, counseling services, and access to the West Yorkshire Pension Fund.

Trinity Academy St Edward’s and Trinity Multi-Academy Trust are committed to investing in our staff's personal and professional growth. We prioritize high-quality professional development and leadership training. We also value staff wellbeing and will implement various initiatives to support it. Working with us, you will find daily work fulfilling and meaningful, as we value you not only as a professional but also as an individual.

Closing date: 9am, Friday 13th June 2025

Interviews: To be confirmed
