Receptionist / Administration Officer Needed in Wakefield

The rate is £12.18 per hour (PAYE).

This is a temporary role.

Reference number: 0009 E718 / 1.

Responsibilities:
  1. Minute taking at various multi-agency meetings.
  2. Reception duties, including dealing with telephone calls from the public and internal colleagues.
  3. Room bookings, financial tasks, and general administrative support for senior managers, social work teams, and other professionals.
  4. Regularly updating social care recording systems.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
