Description And Requirements

We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our Building Services team in Mansfield.

Working as an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operational Team at Kings Mill Hospital, Newark General Hospital, and Mansfield Community Hospital.

What you'll do:
  • Log and track small works tasks on the small works database.
  • Support the Small Works Manager in the delivery of the small works service.
  • Liaise with client representatives to provide all quotes and information in a timely manner.
  • Ensure sub-contractor purchase orders and uplifts are actioned promptly and in line with financial policies.
  • Keep all databases/spreadsheets related to the above activities up to date.
  • Liaise with our sub-contractors regarding attendance and timescales for completing tasks.
  • Ensure completion information from sub-contractors is received timely.
  • Close down tasks following receipt of completion documentation, ensuring these are scanned into the Concept system prior to ticket closure.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Level 2 administrative qualification (preferred but not essential if previous experience can demonstrate suitability).
  • Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Office 365 would be advantageous.
  • Able to work flexibly to meet service demands.
  • High standard of customer care skills.
  • Please note this role is a 12-month contract.
