Job summary

Bristol Harbour Hotel is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join the team at our Bristol property. This role requires a minimum of one year’s hotel reception experience, a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence.

Experience with OPERA or Reslynx is advantageous, though full training will be provided. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week including weekends and evenings, with excellent progression opportunities within Harbour Hotels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s Hotel Reception experience.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Passion for service excellence.
• Knowledge of hotel reservations systems (OPERA or Reslynx) is advantageous but training will be provided.

The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team. You will need a minimum of one year’s Hotel Reception experience, have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Solid knowledge of hotel reservations system eg OPERA or Reslynx would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
