Harbour Hotels is recruiting a Hotel Receptionist for Bristol Harbour Hotel, 40 hours per week with weekend and evening availability essential. You will join a luxury portfolio known for service excellence and distinctive hotel experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in hotel reception, a friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for guest care. Experience with OPERA or Reslynx is a plus, though full training will be provided.

• Knowledge of hotel reservations systems (OPERA or Reslynx) is advantageous.

The role… We have a superb opportunity for a Hotel Receptionist to join the team.

You will need a minimum of one year’s Hotel Reception experience, have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence.

Solid knowledge of hotel reservations system eg OPERA or Reslynx would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
