Job summary

Telford Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Telford is a 4*, 114-bedroom property. You will be the first impression a guest sees, greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and carry out general administrative duties.

Ensure all guest enquiries and complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining guest satisfaction throughout their stay. We seek passionate, customer-facing individuals with conflict-resolution skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.
• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
