Job summary

Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House in Sutton Scotney is seeking a dedicated night-time receptionist to greet arriving guests, manage efficient check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest enquiries with warmth and professionalism throughout the night. You will work with minimal supervision to maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

What will I do?

You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquiries/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
