The Park Royal Hotel & Spa, located just outside Warrington, seeks a friendly front-of-house team member to greet guests, assign rooms, handle payments and support general admin tasks. You will be the warm first impression, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

The Park Royal Hotel & Spa is located just outside Warrington. Our hotel is a 4*, 146-bedroom property and has a restaurant, lounge bar and terrace, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
