The QHotels Collection is seeking a night receptionist at Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa in Basingstoke. You will run the night reception, greet guests on arrival, and manage check-ins/check-outs while ensuring guest inquiries and complaints are resolved with a friendly, professional approach.

What will I do?

You’llmanage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and checkouts and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
