Job summary

mydentist Scarborough is recruiting a friendly receptionist to join our team at 93 North Marine Road. You will greet patients, manage front desk calls, and help ensure smooth daily operations in a busy dental practice.

Working pattern is 16 hours per week: Thursday 8:00-17:00 and Friday 8:00-16:00 with a 30-minute lunch. Some Saturday mornings per month are required. On-site role with no home working; training provided to use our computer systems.

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist

You'll be joining us at our Scarborough practice in 93 North Marine Road, Scarborough, YO12 7HT. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is 16 hours per week, working Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break each day. Candidates must also be available to work 2 Saturday mornings per month. Any time worked on a Saturday will be taken back as time off during the following week. As a receptionist, you'll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible
