Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is a 4* venue in Norwich with 166 bedrooms, set on a picturesque golf course. The role supports the kitchen team to keep all areas impeccably clean and prepared for service, while assisting with deliveries and food prep alongside the chefs.

Our property offers dining options including Brasserie, Bunkers Bar and terrace, with leisure facilities like a gym, pool, sauna and Elemis spa, plus a view across the grounds.

What will I do?

Support the running of the kitchen, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness as well as ensuring all equipment is cleaned and ready for every service. You will support with deliveries and work together with the chefs in prepping food as and when required.
