Job summary

What will I do?

You willbe the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel,you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, take e payments and general administrative duties.Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner,always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
