Job summary

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, located on the outskirts of Leeds, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first impression for our guests. You will greet arrivals, assign rooms, process payments and handle general administrative tasks with a warm, professional approach.

We value customer service excellence and require experience in a front-facing role, plus strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

What will I do?

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel,you’ll greet guests, assign rooms, tak e payments and general administrative duties.Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner,always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located on the outskirts of Leeds and is a 4*, 152-bedroom property. Our hotel is set in acres of woodland with a 27-hole golf course and the dining options include the Calverley Grill restaurant, the Claret Jug restaurant, Champagne bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
