  • Job Type: Temporary (until December 19th)
  • Working Hours: 12pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dedicated School Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for anyone entering the school, providing a friendly and professional service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails, ensuring effective communication within the school environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, providing directions or information as needed.
  • Managing the school's main email account, responding to enquiries promptly and forwarding messages to appropriate staff.
  • Maintaining a welcoming front desk area that reflects the school's values and standards.
