We are looking for a friendly, welcoming and organisedBand 2 Administrative Receptionist to join our Bone Densitometry Unit in Llandudno.
As the first point of contact for patients and visitors to the department, you will play an important role in creating a positive and reassuring experience. You will provide a professional and compassionate reception service, welcoming patients, answering enquiries and supporting the smooth running of the department.
Working closely alongside our clerical and clinical teams, you will undertake a range of administrative and reception duties, including managing appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries, and supporting the day-to‑day organisation of the service.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional and approachable manner, and the ability to work effectively as part of a busy multidisciplinary team. Good organisational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care are essential.

Maintaining and monitoring the appointment and IT systems
Provide clerical assistance to staff as required from time to time, including word/data processing, photocopying, scanning and updating statistical information as required
Scanning documents as and when required
