This is a permanent receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as a range of administrative duties.

Main duties of the job

As a receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your responsibilities will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages. You will also be responsible for completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing general administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained.

About the role
