The Ivy Belfast is seeking a charismatic Receptionist to join our lively all-day dining team in the heart of the city. You will greet guests warmly, provide information on the menu and specials, and ensure a smooth guest arrival and departure.

Excellent English, guest-focused mindset, and professional demeanor are essential. The role offers an hourly rate with Tronc, flexible hours, and a supportive team in a brand loved across the UK.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

About you: You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
