Job summary

The Ivy Collection in the UK is seeking a charismatic Receptionist to join our renowned restaurant brand. You will provide a warm, professional welcome to guests, share information on the restaurant and any current specials, and relay allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

Excellent English, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to anticipate guest needs will help you thrive in our supportive team.

• Excellent English language skills and confident communication with guests.
• Experience in guest-facing roles is preferred.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

About you: You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
