The Ivy Collection in the UK seeks a welcoming Receptionist to join our iconic brand. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and a smooth arrival experience.

You will greet guests, share information on the restaurant and any specials, and relay allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately. Excellent English and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Previous front-of-house or receptionist experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle guest and team member needs with composure.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

About you: You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
