Job description

Central London Temp-to-Perm Full-Time

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, premium environment where no two days are the same? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Our client is a rapidly growing provider of high-end flexible workspaces, creating vibrant communities within some of Central London's most impressive buildings. With a strong focus on hospitality, experience, and service excellence, they offer a workplace where both clients and employees can thrive.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within client experience, workplace hospitality, operations, or flexible workspace management. Starting on a temporary basis, the role offers the opportunity to become permanent for the right individual.

The Role

As Client Experience Assistant, you will be the face of the building, ensuring every client and visitor receives a warm, professional welcome and a first-class experience from the moment they arrive.

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of a premium workspace environment while gaining exposure to operations, facilities, events, and client relationship management.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Providing a warm and polished welcome to all clients and visitors
  • Acting as the first point of contact for building occupiers and guests
  • Becoming the go-to expert for the building and local area
  • Conducting daily building walkarounds to maintain exceptional standards
  • Supporting seamless client move-ins, including office setup, access arrangements, and coordination with IT and facilities teams
  • Organising and hosting engaging client events that help foster a vibrant community
  • Assisting with operational and administrative processes, including billing support, reporting, supplier coordination, and facilities management
  • Learning all aspects of building operations to support future career development
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and resolving issues before they arise
About You

Our client hires for attitude and potential as much as experience. They're looking for someone who is:

  • Client-focused and genuinely passionate about service
  • Warm, approachable, and confident communicating with people at all levels
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to anticipate needs before being asked
  • Creative and enthusiastic about enhancing workplace experiences and events
  • Proud of maintaining high standards and delivering excellence
  • Positive, responsive, and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Previous experience within hospitality, customer service, front of house, hotels, premium retail, co-working, serviced offices, events, or workplace experience would be highly advantageous.

What's in It for You?
  • Opportunity to work within stunning flagship Central London buildings
  • Temp-to-perm career opportunity with genuine progression prospects
  • Exposure to all areas of workspace and building operations
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing support
  • A collaborative, welcoming, and people-focused culture
  • Regular team events, lunches, and social activities
  • The chance to join an ambitious and growing business with exciting plans for the future

If you're someone who enjoys creating outstanding experiences, building relationships, and taking pride in delivering exceptional service every day, we'd love to hear from you.
