Job summary

The Ardonagh Group seeks a professional Receptionist for its London headquarters to deliver a first-class front-of-house experience and support the smooth day-to-day running of the office.   • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  • Positive, flexible, and team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and guests.
  • Manage incoming calls, post, deliveries, and general enquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
  • Support visiting executives and ensure they have what they need.
  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, diary coordination, data entry, and meeting administration.
  • Assist with planning and delivery of internal and external events.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, caterers, and service providers.
  • Manage office supplies and upkeep of facilities.
  • Assist onboarding administration for new starters when required.

We're looking for an exceptional Receptionist to become the face of our London headquarters, delivering a first-class front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

About The Role

As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, suppliers, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and professional environment for everyone who enters our offices. You'll work closely with the Office Manager and support a variety of administrative, operational, and event-related activities that help keep the business running efficiently.

This is a varied role that combines reception duties, office administration, executive support, and event coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and taking pride in delivering an outstanding service.
